The location of the apartment was nice for our needs, in the center of Florence. And we were just off main train station/meeting point for tours/shuttle bus to The Mall and major attractions.
Pay attention to bad smell while cleaning.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, probably the best I've ever slept on during a vacation! The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the train station and all the main attractions in the city. Plus, the staff provided a paper map with highlighted points of interest, which was really helpful when the wifi connection was spotty.
The noise from the local disco could be quite annoying, especially at night. It would have been perfect if the double windows were more effective in keeping the noise out.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The communication regarding check-in was confusing, and we had to wait outside until we received the necessary codes.
